AI1Up is a software platform with an optional member-to-member referral and commission structure. Like any business opportunity, your results depend entirely on your own effort, skill, market conditions, the time you invest, and factors outside our control. As described in our Terms of Service, AI1Up uses a member-to-member, one-time-payment commission and pass-up structure:

• Members may earn money only when another person pays them directly in exchange for access to the platform.
• A portion of sales (the "pass-up" sale) is paid to a member's sponsor rather than to the referring member, per the structure described on the Service.
• Commission payments are made directly between members. AI1Up does not pay commissions, guarantee that any member will pay another, or insure against non-payment.

Because earnings come only from referring new members who choose to pay you, your income potential depends on your ability to find people willing to join — a factor entirely within your own effort and outside AI1Up's control.

4. Income Depends on Personal Effort and Skill

Any success referenced by existing members is a result of their individual effort, skill, existing network, marketing ability, and time invested — not a guaranteed function of membership itself. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results, or any results.

5. No Passive or Guaranteed Income

This is not a "passive income" opportunity. Generating referrals, building funnels, and promoting your link all require active effort on your part. AI1Up does not recruit, sell, or generate leads on your behalf — the AI tools provided assist you in building and automating your own outreach, but the underlying selling effort is yours.

6. Risk of Loss

As with any business venture involving an upfront payment, there is a risk you may not earn back your initial $100 payment. You should only join if you are prepared to accept this risk and treat your payment as the cost of accessing the software platform itself, independent of any commissions you may or may not later earn.
