This Privacy Policy explains how AI1Up ("AI1Up," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit ai1up.com, register as a member, submit a lead capture form, or otherwise interact with our platform (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account registration: name, email address, username, password, phone number, and any custom profile fields you complete.
• Lead capture forms: name, email, phone number, and any other fields included on a given landing page's capture form.
• Communications: any information you provide when contacting our support team directly.
• Referral / network data: if you join through another member's referral link, we record that referral relationship. Your upline/downline username may become visible to other members within the platform's network and commission features.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• IP address: captured at the time of registration and, where applicable, associated with your account for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
• Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, and general interaction with landing pages and the member dashboard, used to track funnel performance and conversions.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used to maintain your session, remember preferences, and measure page performance. See Section 7 below.

2.3 Information Generated Through AI Features

If you use our landing page generation tools, the prompts, instructions, and content you submit are sent to our AI service providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate page content on your behalf. See Section 4 for details on this processing.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your member account
• To generate AI-powered landing pages based on your input
• To process and route leads captured through your pages to your connected CRM/email tools
• To calculate and track referral relationships and commissions within the platform
• To send transactional emails (e.g. account verification, password resets, commission notifications)
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
• To maintain and improve the Service, including troubleshooting and security
• To comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We use the following categories of third-party providers to operate the Service. Depending on which features and integrations you (or the member who referred you) have configured, your information may be shared with:

• AI content generation: Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI — process the prompts and inputs used to generate landing page content.
• CRM / email marketing platforms: when a member connects one of these tools, leads captured on their pages are pushed to that member's account on the relevant platform — GoHighLevel, ConvertKit, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or AWeber.
• Scheduling / meeting tools: if a member enables booking features, your scheduling information may be shared with Whereby, Cal.com, or Calendly.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: our servers and email delivery infrastructure that keep the platform operational.

4.2 Other Members

If you register through another member's referral link, certain information (such as your username and activity relevant to commissions) may be visible to that member and others in your referral chain, consistent with the platform's network/commission features.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal process, protect our rights or property, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of our users or the public.

4.4 Business Transfers

If AI1Up is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

5. Payment Information

AI1Up does not directly process or store credit card or other payment card information on our platform. Members process their own payments through the providers of their choice. Never on this website.

6. International Data Transfers

AI1Up operates globally, and your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect information transferred internationally.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you logged in to your member dashboard
• Remember preferences and form progress
• Measure traffic and conversion performance on landing pages

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service, including your ability to remain logged in.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead data may be retained on your behalf for as long as your account remains active, or deleted upon request as described in Section 9.

9.1 If You Are in the EU/UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

9.2 If You Are a California Resident (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information)

9.3 All Users

Regardless of location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting admin@ai1up.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive fields (such as API keys and credentials) and access controls on our systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including booking and CRM platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
