A pass up you receive is not a single payment. That person joins your group, and their second sale comes to you in turn.

Independent Levels

Your second $50 sale passes up, your second $100 sale passes up, and so on. Each price is tracked on its own, so qualifying on a level is what makes its sales payable to you.
